Gift Wrapping and Packaging
Yes! We offer gift wrapping and we can even add a note for you. There is a small charge for gift wrapping. Please reach out to us at sales@maguseffects.comwith any questions.

All sales go through Etsy, Amazon, Paypal and Google. We never receive your credit card information. We honor the same guarantees on Amazon, Etsy and Paypal. Wood products are flammable. Please use only electric candles in the lanterns and do not use actual candles.

Processing Time
Most items we do our best to get out right away, like within a day or two. An item that takes a lot of finishing, like custom work, wood art, castle towers, and puzzles will take a little longer because we carefully assemble and finish these items ourselves. We do not outsource, so you won't have to wait weeks. We'll have most items done in a few days. Please look at the estimated delivery date on the item for a more exact answer.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products that are not customized.
Contact me within: 20 days of delivery (within 30 days of delivery during the holiday season between November 1 and January 15th).
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (within 40 days of delivery during the holiday season between November 1 and January 15th).
Exceptions to Return Policy
Items that are personalized cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
No returns on digital downloads.
Conditions of Return
If the item is damaged or defective, we will pay for a return shipping label.
Otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the same condition received, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
